I keep getting the same email over and over (every 5 minutes)

I received an email from my husband on 9/2 and I keep getting it over and
over and over again. Everytime I am in Outlook it gives the email every 5
minutes. I have deleted it, emptied my deleted files, scanned for viruses,
everything I can think of. I can't block the sender because it is my
husband. Yesterday, I deleted 169 of the same email.
 
Do you receive any errors after receiving the item and do you get any mail
after it? Can you delete it off the mail server using a webmail interface?
