I keep receiving the same emails over and over again..HELP!?

Only recently has my microsfot outlook been giving me problems. Every 5 mins
or so when new send/ receive emails are coming through...the same ones keep
coming through...sometimes 2 or 3 at a time each!

how do i stop this?

Change auto send receive to 10 minutes, if you have anti virus intigrated
with Outllook, uninstall the AV, re boot & retest, without the AV installed
