I have set up a multiple email account but am receiving the emails

I am using Windows Vista and have set up a multiple email account so that my
partner can have his own email facility. We a share a laptop but I have set
it up so that we each have our own profile. My partner can now send emails
but any that are sent to him appear in my 'inbox'. Others are receiving both
are emails fine and our separate email addresses show but I have no idea how
to ensure that his emails go to his 'inbox'. I think it may be something to
do with my message settings but I am a novice to all this and don't know what
todo!Can anyone help as its driving me mad!

First, this e-mail account is not an alias of the other account? An alias is
just another name for the same account.

Second, if not the above, you are not using the same e-mail address for
both Windows accounts (have to ask , seen it done too many times over the
years).

By 'profile' do you mean Windows user account, with a separate
login? Did you check the mail accounts under each profile to ensure
it only has one unique account?
