I have a laptop and a pc. I want to use Outlook on both.

I have tried what others have suggested but am confused as to whether I did
it correctly or not. The computers are on a wireless network so I should be
able to go into 'Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Data Files' and make it work
some how...that is where I'm stuck. Should I create a new .pst folder on the
shared network drive that I can see from both the laptop and the pc? Or do I
need to use the file that is on the PC and make the laptop see it (because
that probably carries the addresses, folders, contacts, etc.)? If someone
replies, please explain where I need to click and on which computer so I can
keep it straight ; )

I also wonder how to get the messages that I can see on the laptop onto the
PC and visa versa... When I was using the laptop it "received" e-mails. I
closed that down and used the PC and I cannot see the e-mails that were
received on the laptop and visa versa.

I'll also need help with how to keep it in sync. Is it easy? How do I get
the addresses and contacts and folders on the laptop, too? Or is that what
the .pst is for? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
