I get spam delivered but not my email address

I keep getting spam delivered thru my email domain even though it is not
correctly addressed to my proper email address. How is this possible, and
how do I stop it?
For instance my domain is: jaxclean.com and i will get messages to:
(e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed).
None of the above emails are even valid except that they have my domain
attached to them. I've tried to configure a rule to block against emails
that are not my email address but that include my domain to stop the
relentless spam, but have had no luck finding that feature on 'create rule
from message' or create new message rule.
HELP!!!
Also, spam messages with an advertisement in a .gif or .jpeg, followed by
senseless verbage and random words eek thru to my inbox. How do I stop
this?

As far as I can see, there is no way to create a rule to prevent this spam.
In other email clients, like Thunderbird, you can create a rule to delete
messages where the To: is not = your email exact address.

You could create a rule to move all mail addressed to your address to
another folder, or highlight with a color.

I've found the junk e-mail filters to work well.

Make sure your email domain doesn't have a "catch-all" address configured.
These will accept mail to (e-mail address removed) and forward them to your
primary address. These were a good idea 8 years ago. Now they are just spam
magnets.

The spammers may also be hiding your actual email address. Take a look at
the full mail headers (Open a message, File>Properties, go to the detail tab
and click Message Source) and see if your correct email address is buried in
there somewhere.

I use email rules to mark as read domains regularly.
pretty sure you can do the same and move them to junk mail. have not tried it with delete or delete from server.
