I get a msg saying some other programe is trying to access my out.

I have been getting this msg since i installed Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have run
all anti virus softwares and have come empty handed. What could be the
problem?

The problem is Adobe Acrobat, specifically the PDFMaker add-in. Remove that
add-in and there won't be a problem.
