Program trying to access address book

On a new notebook with a new install of Office XP (sp3), when I try to create a new message, I get message saying "A program is trying access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

Yet, it's Outlook thats trying to access the addresses???

Some clues that might help
-Network uses Exchange 200
-Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard on notebook (had to enable Adobe macros
-Project 2002 sp1 installe

It's Acrobat trying to access a property that OUtlook blocks for security
reasons. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for
instructions on how to disable the component that's triggering the prompts.
