.But you still are not a troll, even if you THINK you understand the
licensing schematic you profess to understand! You only have your
opinion, and it is no better than anyone's opinion with an opposing
view. There is no law, and all we have is opinions, so I say you are
wrong, you can't prove me wrong on my opinion and I can't prove you
wrong on your opinion. So no one is right or wrong. We both have web
sites that tell people how to activate their legally purchased
versions of Windows. --

The same can be said for the colluding members of the BSA's opinion that
they can strip individual of their "fair use" rights by EULA. And until
the colluding members of the BSA proves in a court of law that they can,
which they have been too chicken to do for well over a decade, then I
have every legal right to believe that their private use terms stripping
me of my "fair use" rights are meaningless to me in the privacy of my
own home.
And that is my point. MS is no more the final arbiter of its EULA than
SCO is the final arbiter of its UNIX license over IBM. The difference
being, SCO has the balls to prove their case legally, while MS and the
rest of the colluding members of the BSA rather use FUD.
