.But you still are not a troll, even if you THINK you understand the
licensing schematic you profess to understand! You only have your
opinion, and it is no better than anyone's opinion with an opposing
view. There is no law, and all we have is opinions, so I say you are
wrong, you can't prove me wrong on my opinion and I can't prove you
wrong on your opinion. So no one is right or wrong. We both have web
sites that tell people how to activate their legally purchased
versions of Windows. --

The same can be said for the colluding members of the BSA's opinion that
they can strip individual of their "fair use" rights by EULA. And until
the colluding members of the BSA proves in a court of law that they can,
which they have been too chicken to do for well over a decade, then I
have every legal right to believe that their private use terms stripping
me of my "fair use" rights are meaningless to me in the privacy of my
own home.

And that is my point. MS is no more the final arbiter of its EULA than
SCO is the final arbiter of its UNIX license over IBM. The difference
being, SCO has the balls to prove their case legally, while MS and the
rest of the colluding members of the BSA rather use FUD.

Unfortuntuatly, you do not understand what a troll is. A troll is someone
that incites a newsgroup to respond to the original post and never replies
to any of the replies.

Wrong, a troll may do the above, but they also seek to stir up a group
in any manner they choose.

Good Lord, you're "trolling" Kurt as much as you accuse him of.

I can call you a Martian. Does that make you one?

Besides that, who cares? Why don't you guys take it outside?

Ah, then by your definition I'm not a troll either. I don't stir up any
group. Though I do suspect that some certain individuals get stirred by
what I write.

Good Lord, you're "trolling" Kurt as much as you accuse him of.

The difference is that I'm not trolling Kurt, I've posted what is
considered FACTS by many OEM's and System Builders. Also, it has nothing
to do with "Kurt" it's posted regardless of who disputes it - that's not
trolling. My posts (replied) are not seeking to incite any response.
I can call you a Martian. Does that make you one?

Nope, I've not done anything Martian in the group, that I know of.
You're falling off the deep end here.
Besides that, who cares? Why don't you guys take it outside?

It was marginally on topic before the rudeness started.

The effect is the same. You're as much to blame for your participatin in
the "arguments" you engage in with him as he is.
I've posted what is
considered FACTS by many OEM's and System Builders.

What are _considered_ facts and what actually _are_ facts are not the
same things in different circumstances and it's been pointed out to you
ad nauseum. What System Builders agree to and what End Users agree to
are not the same. Period. Besides that if I am my own OEM then *I*
decide what I support, not you and not Microsoft.
Also, it has nothing
to do with "Kurt" it's posted regardless of who disputes it - that's not
trolling. My posts (replied) are not seeking to incite any response.

Yet they do and you know it. The proof is in the putting.
Nope, I've not done anything Martian in the group, that I know of.
You're falling off the deep end here.

It's about as meaningful as you calling people trolls. The point is you
can call each other names till the cows come home and it serves no purpose.
It was marginally on topic before the rudeness started.

Who said anything about being on or off topic? Again, who cares? Other
than mild entertainment you're habitual bantering with Kurt serves no
useful purpose. You _know_ it incites him. You _know_ it baits him and
he responds. Now what does trolling mean again?

You must be kidding!!! We the people of the US are responsible for killing
more people in Iraq than Sadam Hussein's regime ever killed. and many of
them are our own American citizens who heroically lost their lives in this
unjust Bush war folly. It is amazing anyone didn't see Viet Nam linked to
the invasion of Iraq. I am not that smart, but I saw this as being the same
results.

LOL! Thanks for proving my point for me; you calling someone a troll is
absolutely meaningless.

I do my best to stay out of this bantering you and Kurt habitually
indulge yourselves in. I piped in for once with my observations and now
I'm a troll according to you! LOL! Look in the mirror. You add more fuel
to the fire when it comes to Kurt's ramblings than anyone else here!

You must think I'm stupid!

You're transparent, Leythos.

I can only show my reply to yours that broke the silence, as you are too
ashamed of your posts to let them be archived.
Nope, I've not done anything Martian in the group, that I know of.
You're falling off the deep end here.

You are at times inhuman. That would be reason enough to consider you
to be alien.
It was marginally on topic before the rudeness started.

No you weren't. The topic of this thread is the mistake I made, calling
2 out of 3 posts censored by MS, when only one of them was actually
censored, which I didn't really need to expose, since no one seemed to
notice it, but I felt honor-bound to expose myself, as I'm not afraid of
the truth, even if the truth is that I was wrong. You can't learn from
your mistake unless you are first willing to admit that you made a
mistake.

But Microsoft has the ability to refuse activition when they deem it
necessary. You or I cannot reach everyone to tell thm they have options. It
is pretty sad how MS marketing got their way by alowing the wording that
your version has been activated to many times was allowed with the revision
of XP SP 1 and 2. Maybe it couldn't be changed, but I doubt it.

actions are. But the effect of the post generated discussion on another
