I.E. PROBS please help!!!!!!!

I downloaded the beta version last night and removed the
exsisting spywear ,the next time I rebooted my pc i cant
connect to the net from it as cant make a connection ,my
isp has checked the line and its fine my os is 2k ,please
help !!!!! i have tried my connection disk for the
broadband and no joy can somebody please help
