resolution prob

Hi
I was having trouble with my office 03 outlook. Tried system restore didnt
fix prob so I rebooted hit f8 then selected reboot from last known good
configeration. Thats when the problem got worse didnt fix my office prob and
caused my resolution settings to go all hay wire. Have tried adjusting them
but cant wont let me only have the option of 4bit should be 32bit please
help!!!

You have a problem with your video card drivers.

So you performed several troubleshooting steps aimed at hardware issues
becasue of a software issue and now you have hardware issues?

I would think that first you need to re install your video card drivers and
probably directX, then we can work your outlook issue seperatly.

Thanks for that have sorted out resolution prob just have a prob now with
outlook 2003 wont open get msg cant start outlookunable to open the outlook
window,set of folders cant be opened. the server is not available.contact
your administrator.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled same prob, have created a new account and
gave that administrator authority and it works in that account. Trouble is I
dont really want to use the new account as all my other settings etc from
other account i dont want to lose and it will take forever to move them all
over any ideas?
