I cant import old outlook express files into microsoft mail

I have just gone into my email program to find and old email, to find that
the proogram has been changed to microsoft mail. I have tried several help
options to migrate files, using tools/options/maintenance/stored files etc,
when it says copy the file to another location, I click copy but it wont
paste, the file is:-\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail, should this not be
Outlook Express? I have also tried file/import/messages etc, and I cant find
them. Can you help please?
