I can't import file to new Notebook vista office 2007

I try to export .pst file from old computer windows xp office 2007. Then I
copy this.pst file to the external HD&connect to the new notebook with Vista
home premium &office 2007 after i try to import from outlook menu it show the
messages
"file access denied ,youdon't have permission to access this file" I already
check the attrubute it's clear&also i try to copy to the Same folder with
outlook folder on the new computer still face the same problems. i'm not sure
is any more setting for vista or not. Because when i use the same file to
import back to old computer which Windows xp&office 2007. The same file work
pretty well.

Hi,

I have the same exact prbolem. No matter what I try the message is the same
" you don't have permission to access the file". I even copied the file on
CD and reoved the checkmark from Read Only when saved on disk, but no luck.
Help from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
