I cannot print the text that come with the emails

Eric

I had a problem with an email in the inbox that I could not delete.
In the discussion group I found a fix suplied by Gary VanderMolen,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb.941090, which I applied succesfully. After
this fix I could delete my email, but now a new problem is occuring:
When I print an email, it prints only the items From:,To:,Sent:,Subject, and
does not print the text of the email. Printing is normal in all other
conditions.
Is ther a fix for this problem? or can I reverse the fix that I applied?

I doubt that the KB941090 hotfix would cause that problem.
Many thousands of users have applied that hotfix without any
effect on printing. However, I don't have a good explanation of
what could cause it.

My suggestion would be to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

Sorry Gary
I upgraded to Windows Live Mail as sugested, but the text of my emails is
still not printing. Do you have any other sugestions?

So, we need to look for something that WM and WLM have in common.
Both email programs use the printing module in Internet Explorer to
do the actual printing. It sounds like something in IE is messed up.
Try resetting IE: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset.
Note that this will delete all your cookies, so you may want to save
those first.
