just start a new e mail and drag the picture fill into
the message area and it will attach itself to the e
mail
address the e mail and click send
the smtp just means outgoing mail and the pop is
incomming
I know this works in outlook express
in some web mail like yahoo you have to click the
attach files tab and browse to the file and then
click attach file
just follow directions on the web mail
if that is what you are using
