I can receive but not send emails ?

I have a clean install of Outlook 2007 on Vista Business , I have set up all
the info as given by my isp for pop3 for in and out mail, but only get
incomming mail and nothing goes out ? is there any special settings in
Outlook 2007 diferent than 2003

Make sure your account setup is correct. Check your settings very carefully
and compare with the one from your ISP. Maybe you set SPA or SMTP
Authentication when you shouldn't or you didn't set it when you should.

If you are not on the same network as the provider of your email account
you'll need to configure your outgoing server (SMTP) for authentication.

If all is set correctly and still not working create a new mail profile;
