i am not able install windowsxp

dear sir

i am software engg. from india . i tried to install
windowsxp (professional)in my office . but during the
installation i got a problem .
the window shows


c0000221 unknown hard error
systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll


could you please tell the reason for that and the
solution please.
