Reinstalling Windows XP - C0000221 \SystemRoot\System\ntdll.dll

Hello,

I am reinstalling Windows XP and went through the complete setup process and
when it reboots and initiates windows XP I get a blue screen with the
following error:

TOP: C0000221 Unknown Hard Error
\SystemRoot\System\ntdll.dll

Please Help!!!!
