STOP: C0000221 error

Can anyone help? I tried to turn on my computer and I get the following
message: STOP: C0000221 unknown hard error
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll. I looked on Microsoft website and it
tells me to replace the ntdll.dll file. How can I do that is I can't
get any onto the computer?
