Installing XP Prof

HELPPPPPPPPP!!!

I'm trying to install win xp prof on a 40Gb Parallel ATA Seagate 7200rpm
HDD. After loading installation files, i got a blue screen with the message
below:

STOP: c000021 Unknown Hard Error
\Systemroot\System32\ntdll.dll

I have a ASUS P4V533-MX motherboard, 256Mb of RAM, with a SAMSUNG Combo Drive.

Please help.

Hi there Richard,

Try this:

Go to http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us and
download the latest version of the BIOS for the ASUS P4V533-MX Motherboard.
The latest Rev is 1010, however, it will include the fix from 1009 which was
to resolve Win2k and WinXP installation issues.
