How can we open a hyperlink from a word docx without having to click on the
Ctrl bottom?

on the Ctrl bottom?

There is an option (in Tools > Options > Edit in Word 2003 or earlier; in
Office button > Word Options > Advanced > Editing Options in Word 2007) for
"Use Ctrl+Click to follow hyperlinks". Uncheck that option.
