Hyperlinks don't work in Windows mail

My Cousin is using Vista and the only "fix" I can find seems to be for
Outlook Express:
She is using IE7, and clicking on any web site link in e.mails gets her
zilch.

Is IE selected as the default Browser ?? If not then select it. If it is and it
still does not work then see the below and apply fix in there exactly the same to
windows Mail
