hyperlinks and opening them

is there a way to make it so that i do not have to pres ctrl+click to open a
hyperlink, like how can i open it by just clicking on it?

If you have Word 2003, go to Tools > Options > Edit and uncheck "Use CTRL+Click
to follow hyperlink".

If you have Word 2007, go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced to uncheck
the same option.
