hyperlink @ ie problems debug?

hi i have many problems mainly with iE
on start up i get a memery message
then when i have a email with a link (Hyperlink)
it wont click and go to the desire page i have to open a browser then click
to open a new page that the hyper sending me too.
when online i now and then get a RUNTIME DEBUG MESSAGE
can any one help please
