RE- Speed of Hyperlink

When I clicked on a hyperlink in an e-mail message (in blue type) I was
taken to the appropriate web page rather quickly. Now the appearance of the
web page takes about 20 seconds. It is so slow that many times I do not know
if I clicked on the hyper link correctly.

Is there a way to make things go faster? If so, how would it be done?

Telling us what browser or e-mail client you are using would help quite a
bit.

If you are using, say, Internet Explorer 7, try disabling all add-ons one
by one, and check if that improves performance.

Net traffic and your connection speed also counts, of course.
