Need your help Configuring Hotmail in Outlook 2002 XP

The HTTP option is greyed out - I am not able to select
it. Is there a setting that causes this option not to be
available? Here are my steps:

How to Configure a Hotmail Account in Outlook
Use the following steps to configure the Hotmail
information service:
Start Outlook, and on the Tools menu, click E-mail
Accounts.
In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click to select the Add
a new E-mail Account option, and then click Next.
In the Server Type dialog box, click HTTP.

The HTTP option is greyed out - I am not able to select
it. Is there a setting that causes this option not to be
available?

Diana, Thnak you for your response.

How do I get to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER...? Is this part of
the registry? Do I need to use REGEDIT?

It is set to the default - there is no value. Do I need
to set it to a specific value other than 1?
