POP3 not available

I am trying to set up a PO3 mail account in Outlook 2003. However, in the
mail set-up wizard, the option to set up a POP3 account is greyed out, as
well as the HTTP option (only Exchanger Server, IMAP, and Other are
available).

What do I need to do to set up a POP3 account?

If you dont have an exchange account, use the mail applet in the Control
Panel to remove the exchange account & correctly configure pop mail account

Do you have an Exchange Server configured? If so get rid of it and try again.
