HTML Formatting Problem in Outlook 2003

I know that someone has already posted this question, but I can't seem to
find this post.

I am using Outlook 2003 and html formatting.

When I receive emails I am missing text. If I copy and past the email into
MS word all of the document appears. I can also view the full email on my
blackberry. If I try to reply and choose html formatting again it will show
all of the text.

Any ideas?

I found this in another post. It fixed my problem.

I had this same problem and just resolved it...

go to tools -> options and then click on the mail format tab.
the last section is for how plain text emails should be formatted...
in the settings there for font... change the font color from automatic
to black or something you prefer.

this fixed the invisible text in all my problem emails.
