HTML & TEXT format of emails

I have MS OUTLOOK ENTERPRISE 2007 and I'm not receiving HTML emails from 1 or
2 senders who ALWAYS send in HTML format....then I'll look at an HTML
formatted emal and notice I had a duplicate from them, then, go back and
forth to each other to confirm this, then, suddenly, they're BOTH TEXT
format, and I've lost the HTML in the 1 I did receive HTML....Any suggestions
anybody????

I'm having a similar problem ,although I'm running Outlook 2003. I also just
received an email with a JPG embeeded in it. It was fine when looking at the
email the 1st time, but when I returned the JPG was gone.
