incoming emails defaulitng to text instead of html

All of a sudden the majority of my emails are coming in text only instead of
html.. This is not a 100% thing but many that used to html are now in
virtually useless text format that is too hard to decipher.

Hw do I fix this?

Hi Gary.

I have the same issue.
I send out weekly newsletters which are written in tables and CSS.
What I cannot understand, is that my wife can read these letters as I wrote
them; in full HTML with CSS. (Outlook 2003)

I on the other hand, have Outlook 2007 and receive all the newsletters as
plain text.

Something else I cannot understand, is that other companies and papers send
full html newsletters daily which I read in full html.

How is it done?

Well Deon - no news isn't good news in our case - this is getting so
frustrating I may end up going to another service with more reliable results
- and help from themfg when it is needed. Your response post was noted to me
but the link would not even open up a text page with your response - had to
come back into here to read your response. Thanks for commiserating with me.

I have just started having the same problem, specifically with newsletters I
subscribe to. They used to come through fine, and now some are only in text
format. Very frustrating....I hope someone can help!
