hp3820 printer

My hp3820 printer prints the information on the page in a
crooked manner all the way down. How can I get the printer
to print the information in a straight line.
 
Remove the door off the back of the printer and clean the
rollers with a coffee filter or qtip and some water.

Clean even the ones that don't have rubber on them.
When done unplug the power and plug it back in > Try and
print now.
