Have been using a SpeedStream 2604 4 port router with
print server for about 8 months with very little problems.
Decided to install my printer so both computers could use
it. Computer 1 has WinXP and Computer 2 has Win2000.
Printer is a HP3820. Add port would not work on computer
1. Went to computer 2 and got printer to work with very
little trouble. Went back to #1 and disabled firewall and
printer sharing. Add port worked and was able to print to
each printer once. Since then both computers have error
message when I use printer.
PortSCCAEBC0_P1Registry Retry
Print server is occupied by another job
Windows will retry every 5sec.
Self test works fine.
Router PrintAct light on.
Deleted and reinstalled port and driver many times.
Tried to print using command line...same error
Any help would be greatly appreciated...Michael
