How to set Printer

I have a HP3820 Deskjet printer.How can it be set to
print a Performance Table of Muiual Funds that is to wide
to fit into the Desk Top Window at one viewing ????

in the printer "properties" set printing to be landscape.
this will appear under "printer" when you pick on print.
