HP Scanjet 3200c Not Working

Hello Guys/Gals,

The problem that I'm having is that my hp scanjet 3200c
scanner is not working in windows xp. Drivers that I have
download from hp website have not fixed the problem.
Looking at my system configuration plug and play is in
the stopped status is this the problem if so how do I
change it,or do I need the right driver if so does
anybody no where I can find it.Thank You. Edward
