How to suppress screen flash/popup during sending fax

I'm finally able to send fax from a VB application. However, the screen will
display briefly the document content (in this case, Word document) during
the sending process. Is there any way to suppress this? It's ok for 1 or 2
faxes, but we are sending a couple hundred faxes for this application.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The document needs to be rendered (to TIFF) in order to Fax it. A particular
document's (like .doc) format is only understood by its application (like
Word) & hence the application should be involved in rendering the document.
This is why the application comes up briefly & goes away. There is no way to
suppress this. But this will not block any automation, so what's the exact
problem?

If there's no way to suppress the 'Screen flashing" during document
rendering, we'll have to live with it. While this doesn't lbock "any
automation," user cannot use the computer to do anything else during this
process. I'm talking about the time it takes to send 100+ faxes. The
problem: multitasking is not possible during faxing.
