How to start "Security Centre" services.

My window XP service pack 2 security centre servive is stopped. I am not
finding
way how to start the "Security Centre" services. Help me what to do to.

center"? McAfee and Norton do and they will disable the XP SP2 Security
Center during installation if you say "yes".

2. Is the Security Center service running?
Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and scroll down to find out.

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Dear Mr Malke,
Thank you very much. The Security Center service was not running.
I started the service as guided by you from > Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and scrolled down and found it disabled.
I set it at automatic and the problem was solved.
