How to turn on seurity centre.

My window XP service pack 2 security centre is turned off. I am not finding
way how to turn on. Help me what to do to turn on.

It may be that the service is set to disabled, or manual start. Take a look
in Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services.

The service must be running before you can turn it on.
