How to specify a new windows under IE6

Hi,

Does anyone know how to setup Internet Explorer 6 to open
a 'new window' when the Browser is launched from the
Address Toolbar in Windows XP Pro or when you click on a
link received in MS Outlook?

I have the Address Toolbar enabled on my WinXP Pro wks.
When I type in say 'www.microsoft.com' instread of
opening a new window, IE takes one of my currently open
windows and re-directs to the above url. The same applies
when I receive an e-mail in MS Outlook. If I click on the
link, it will do the same as above.

I would like IE to open a new windows each time, but
cannot seem to see how to configure this?

Check for any pop up stopper utilities stopping the new window from opening.
Also bear in mind that some firewall and anti virus applications also have
stoppers. Do you have either the Google or Yahoo search toolbar, because
these also have pop up stoppers in them.

Finally, check in IE Tools/Internet Options and go to the Advanced tab.
Under the browsing section check that the "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts" is NOT ticked.
