how to set up outlook to two different e-mail addresses

I have two account which uses for sending/receiving e-
mail and another one to logon the internet. How would you
config the outlook so that I would sign in either of the
actual e-mail account
 
in outlook's account properties, set it to use the internet explorer or 3rd
party dialer, not a specific account.
