How to set the initial login to be the same as the login to a doma

I have a new laptop that needs to be connected to the domain of our company.
When I first logged Windows Vista in the laptop it asked me for a user name
and password. I created one that is supposed to be temporary. I already added
the computer to the domain but when I turn the computer off and turn it on
again I still have to use the temporary password and user name to enter to
the Windows Vista screen.
How can I have the user logged from the beginning with their domain user
name and password?
