How to save PC back on DV? (PC to Sony DCR-TRV50)

Hi,

I have one Sony DCR-TRV50 and a firewire card on my
computer. I have no problems with recording the movie to
my computer. But how do I do to get it back on the camera
when I have done my movie in MoviMaker? And yes, the
camera has recordingfunction.

Check the manual for the TRV50. There are quite a few
models that do not support DV in. It's a real trap
because that information is not readily spottable. It's
not on the outside of the box, nor it is easily found in
the manual! When my son recently purchased the cheaper
Sony TRV19E (not wanting memory stick features) from a
reputable store, even they did not know that DV in was
not supported. Fortunately, we discovered this within a
couple of days and the store upgraded the camera to the
next model (TRV22E) that does support this feature
without any quibbling.

I do not believe it is due to where the camera is sold,
rather the model itself.
