How to remove default page

I accidently setup a porno page as my homepage.But now
I've tried many times to remove it by setting the page to
blank. But every 2nd time i open the browser the page
pops up again.The URL shows a directory to
C:\Windows\system32hp.uti. I've deleted it many times but
the page still opens.
