How to Reinstall XP but save outlook e-mails

Does any one know of a way to cleanly reinstall Xp but
still nmaintain the old e-mails and contact list?
 
I would run the SP1 File and Settings Transfer Wizard and save the
output. Then do a clean reinstall, install your apps, and restore your
settings and data by rerunning the FAST wizard and retrieving your data
from the previous FAST output file.
