Hi,
I have some important data in some folders that I would
like to Password so noone except the password holder can
have access to them.

Any Ideas???

I have a windows 2000 Pro Computer .

You can't password protect them, but if you use NTFS as your disk format,
you can protect them using NTFS security... this is even better. Are these
local or network users you're worried about?

Local Users,
and my C: Drive is NTFS.

How can I secure the folders??

Thank you again

Right click on the folder, properties, security.
