How To Omit "EN" On Welcome Screen's Password Box

Hi:

I would like to know how to omit the "EN" found on my
(Windows XP) Welcome Screen, which is located by my
password box. Many Thanks.

This has to do with the language bar. Make your changes/modifications
there.
