The Office XP Setup routine is Terminal Services aware, so there's no transform (MST) required. I recommend creating an administrative installation point on your network, by running setup /a from the CD. Next apply any Office XP Service Packs to the installation point. Finally run the setup from the TS Console, either by using add/remove programs or by manually putting the server in install mode via "change user /install"
