Terminal Server Migration

Hi All,
I have terminal service licensing server currently runing on a w2k adv.
server box but in an NT4 domain.
I need to migrate this server to a w2k domain. The problem is any time the
server joins the w2k domain, the terminal licensing service stops.
When I remove the server from the w2k domain then the service starts again.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Is there any special way to do this??

In an AD domain the TS License Server must reside on a domain controller.
