hello,

We had intall lots of Terminal Server on Win2000 Adv Server OS with no problems.

Now, some new servers doesn't work with RDP clients.

I began troubleshoot and saw this :

- I try to test connection via telnet 127.0.0.1 3389 => no connection.
- Netstat -a : There is no listenning port on 3389

I try to restart TS service (service is already launch) but all options are greyed (Stop/Start/Restart/...).

I check all options in "Terminal Services Configuration" and everything is the same then another working server.

I also check RDP Port in Registry.

Have you any idea which could help me ?

Thanks,

Bruno.

I solve the problem exporting following registry datas from a working server to the non working TS :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\VIDEO\rdpdd

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp

Hope this could help someone else.
