term srv not listening on port 3389

Hi everybody!
Here is the story:
win 2k sp4 with SQL 2000 and other applications with
term services-remote admin mode
Server crashed about 2 months ago, restored sys state and
WINNT from backup, everything working fine now except for
this terminal services.
No logs regarding TS in Evewnt viewer, netstat -a, server
not listening on port 3389, tried to uninstal and
reinstal TS, recreated the RDP listener, nothing helped.
So I'm out of ideas, if anybody can help, Thanks in adv.
