How to get desktop picture under the icon name

How to get desktop picture under the icon name in win2000? I don't like when under the icon name is color that is different than the desktop picture.

The color shown is the color that is selected as your
desktop color. To control this go to Control Panel -
Display - the Appearence tab - under item select desktop
and then select the color that most closely matches your
wallpaper.

I know for that solution. But, I'm interested in look like on XP. There is no color area under the icon name, but the desktop picture.
