As Chris has pointed out, you are really in the wrong place here, but if you
connect your phone to your laptop with the USB cable you may well find that
the phone appears in My Computer as an external drive. This is the case with
my Nokia phone and XP laptop, though when I connect them I first have to
select 'Data Storage' on the menu on the phone. If the phone does show up in
MyComputer its just a question of browsing to the relevant folder on the
phone and dragging and dropping the files to a folder on your laptop.
Most phones come with software which you can install on you laptop which
provides a customized interface for file transfers and other functions. If
you don't have a CD for this with your phone you may well be able to download
the necessary software from the phone maker's site, which you should be able
find easily via Google.
